Frontier Senior Living's Canyon Valley Memory Care in Green Valley, AZ is seeking a Medication Technician to administer medications and treatments to residents, ensuring precise documentation in medication records and charts. The role supports a collaborative care team and may involve coverage across shifts.

Candidates must have or obtain an Arizona State-Approved Assisted Living Caregiver Certification, be proficient in English, and be willing to train.

Formación

• Arizona Assisted Living Caregiver Certificate must be provided and verified at an approved training program.
• High school graduate preferred.
• Proficiency in English required.
• Attends in-services monthly.
• Familiarity with elderly population; willingness to be trained.

Responsabilidades

• Administers medications and treatments on schedule following protocol.
• Documents medication records and resident charts legibly and accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information.
• Assist with care needs and lifts as required; may fill in as receptionist or caregiver as needed.
• Keep med room organized, restocked, and compliant with procedures.
• Stay current on First Aid/CPR and Medication Administration skills.
