Sodalis Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician for Memory Care to ensure residents receive their medications safely, promptly, and with dignity. The role emphasizes accurate MAR checks, monitoring vitals, and maintaining a clean, secure environment in alignment with our core values.

The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs and the ability to assist with daily activities while supporting residents’ independence and well-being within a collaborative team.

Competenze

• Medication administration experience in memory care or long-term care settings.
• Ability to read and follow MAR and document administration.
• Strong communication and confidentiality when caring for residents.
• Ability to lift more than 50 lbs.

Mansioni

• Verifies resident identity and medication against MAR and records administration times.
• Supervises self-administration of medications and monitors ingestion or application.
• Records residents' vital signs and weight as directed.
• Observes residents for medication responses and reports any unusual reactions.
• Performs weekly medication cart audits.
• Coordinates with pharmacy or families for timely refills.
