Qualifications

• 1–2 years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Promotes SRIM values and compassionate care.
• Supervises self-administration of medication.
• Assists with ADLs, meals, housekeeping, and laundry.
• Communicates clearly with residents and families.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment.
