Water's Edge Assisted Living of Bradenton is seeking a Memory Care Manager to lead our memory care unit, delivering compassionate, high-quality care to residents with memory impairments and coordinating with families and healthcare professionals.

As an LPN-certified leader, you will oversee daily operations, develop individualized care plans, supervise staff, monitor health changes, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a warm, respectful environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license/certification.
• Experience in memory care or dementia settings preferred.
• Strong leadership and staff supervision abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of state and federal assisted living regulations.
• Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the memory care unit, ensuring high-quality resident care and safety.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Supervisor and support caregiving staff, providing training and guidance to maintain compliance with care standards.
• Monitor residents’ health status, respond to changes, and coordinate with healthcare providers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Foster a warm, respectful, and engaging environment for residents and staff.
