Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is seeking a Manager of Memory Care requiring an LPN or RN. This full-time role offers USD 66,000–USD 80,000 annually and reports to the Resident Care department.

You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, provide nursing care, coordinate admissions with the care team, and stand in as Manager-On-Duty as needed. LPN is required; RN license or BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse required.
• Management experience in dementia care preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or Gerontology preferred.
• Experience in community or long-term care settings.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, train, supervise and staff team members.
• Provide nursing care, including health assessments, care plans, discussing changes with physicians, fall prevention, medication administration.
• Coordinate resident admission processes with the multidisciplinary care team.
