Brandon Wilde in Lewis Center, OH is hiring a dedicated LPN/Medication Technician for a full-time day shift in Assisted Living & Memory Care. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and support care plans in a warm, resident-centered environment.

Formación

• Ohio LPN license in good standing
• Experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred
• Medication Aide/Administration certification if applicable
• Previous senior living medication administration experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and policies
• Monitor residents for changes and communicate with healthcare team
• Document medication administration and care accurately and timely
• Assist with assessments, service plan updates, and care coordination
• Guide caregivers on resident care needs
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and community standards
• Respond to emergencies and incidents appropriately
• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, providers, and team members
