Brandon Wilde in Lewis Center, OH is seeking a compassionate LPN for a Full-Time Day shift (6A-6P) in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will administer medications, monitor residents, document care, and support care teams to maintain safety and quality of life.

Requirements include an active Ohio LPN license, prior senior living or geriatrics experience, and Ohio Medication Aide certification if applicable. We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, Memory Care, or geriatrics preferred.
• Current Ohio Medication Aide/Medication Administration certification (if applicable).
• Previous experience administering medications in a senior living setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and policies.

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and service-focused LPN to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team on Full-Time Day Shift 6A-6P. This position plays a vital role in promoting resident health, safety, comfort, and quality of life while providing exceptional care in a warm, resident-centered environment.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Day Shift
• Weekend and holiday rotation as needed

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and community policies.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the healthcare team.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation of medication administration, treatments, and resident care.
• Assist with resident assessments, service plan updates, and care coordination.
• Provide support and guidance to caregivers regarding resident care needs.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and community standards.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and resident incidents.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, providers, and team members.

Qualifications

For LPN Candidates:

• Current Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• Experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, Memory Care, or Geriatric Nursing preferred.
• Current Ohio Medication Aide/Medication Administration certification (if applicable).
