Job summary

Rose Senior Living in Lewis Center, OH, seeks a compassionate LPN for the full-time Day Shift (6a–6p) to promote health and comfort in a memory care community. You’ll administer medications, monitor changes, document care, and coordinate with the care team.

Ideal candidates have an Ohio LPN license in good standing and experience in assisted living or memory care; a $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Ohio LPN license in good standing
• Medication Administration certification (if applicable)
• Experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care or Geriatric Nursing preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per orders and policies
• Monitor residents and communicate changes to the care team
• Document medication administration and care activities accurately
• Assist with assessments, service plan updates, and care coordination
• Support caregivers and provide resident-centered care
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and standards
• Respond to emergencies and incidents appropriately
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
