Lake Seminole Square in Lewis Center, OH is seeking a compassionate LPN/Medication Technician for a full-time day shift in memory care. You'll administer medications, monitor residents, document care, and support care plans in a resident-centered environment.

Qualified candidates hold an Ohio LPN license with memory care or geriatric experience; Ohio Medication Aide certification is a plus. Competitive pay, benefits, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing is required.
• Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Ohio Medication Aide/Medication Administration certification (if applicable).
• Experience administering medications in senior living settings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and community policies.
• Monitor residents for changes and promptly communicate concerns.
• Document medication administration and resident care accurately and timely.
• Assist with resident assessments, service plan updates, and care coordination.
• Provide guidance to caregivers regarding resident care needs.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and community standards.
• Respond to emergencies and resident incidents appropriately.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and the care team.
