Lake Seminole Square in Lewis Center, OH is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Night Shift Nurse (LPN) to lead a team, supervise direct care staff, and ensure high-quality care for residents during the night. The role focuses on clinical oversight, medication management, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate has night shift experience, strong nursing delegation and supervision skills, and excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Qualificações

• Night shift experience, preferably in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, or Skilled Nursing.
• Experience with nurse delegation and supervision of direct care staff required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Experience with dementia care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care and clinical oversight during the overnight shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns appropriately.
