Touchmark, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Memory Care team in Bismarck, ND. You will work closely with a nursing team to design and implement individualized care plans, delivering compassionate, dignified care to residents while supporting on-floor operations.

The ideal candidate will hold a current LPN license, possess CPR/AED/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain, and demonstrate a genuine interest in elderly care within a geriatric setting.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LPN license.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required or willing to obtain.
• Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents in a geriatric environment.
• Ability to work with a nursing team to design and implement care plans.
• Ability to supervise care staff and aid in educated care decisions.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and maintaining confidentiality.
• Willingness to support the care team on the floors.
• Maintain composure with residents, families, staff and visitors.
