Job summary

Touchmark at Coffee Creek is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on a PRN/Casual basis. The role focuses on delivering compassionate, dignified care to residents and supporting the care team on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate will have an LPN license, CPR/AED and First Aid certifications, and 1–2 years of experience with older adults. A collaborative approach and commitment to Touchmark’s values are essential.

Qualifications

• LPN degree from accredited school of nursing and current state license.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification (as per state requirements if it must be kept current).
• 1–2 years’ experience working with older adults in a health care setting; geriatric mental health a plus.
• Enjoy being part of a team, as this person will work closely with a team of nurses to design and implement care plans for each resident.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions.
• Be willing to support the care team on the floors.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and composure when dealing with residents, family, staff, and visitors.

Touchmark at Coffee Creek is currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse on a PRN/Casual basis.
