Job summary

Maggie’s Place Memory Care is seeking a Life Services Coordinator - CNA to support residents’ independence and daily living needs in our dedicated memory care environment.

The role involves assisting with personal care, medications, meals, activities, and companionship, while adhering to safety and infection control guidelines. 1–2 years dementia care experience and a valid state CNA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-2 years’ experience with individuals with dementia.
• Minimum 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid CNA certification in the state where applying.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, medications, social and recreational activities, meals, and other tasks to support resident well‑being as indicated in Resident Service Plans.
• Monitor tenant health status and report changes to nursing staff.
• Prepare and serve meals, assist with housekeeping, and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Engage residents in activities and provide companionship; follow infection control guidelines.
