Job summary

Maggie's Place Memory Care is seeking a dedicated Life Services Coordinator - CMA to support residents’ independence and well-being. You will assist with personal care, medications, meals, and social activities, delivering compassionate, individualized care.

This on-site role offers 4-, 8-, and 12-hour shifts with full-time and part-time options. You will collaborate with a caring team, follow safety policies, and participate in meetings and training to uphold CMS guidelines and a culture of

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience with individuals with dementia.
• Must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have valid CMA certification in the applying state.

Responsibilities

• Provides services to tenants as assigned and per Resident Service Plans; may include grooming, dressing guidance, bathing and medication reminders.
• Reports significant tenant changes to the nurse and monitors health status.
• Prepares and serves meals, monitors expiration dates, and maintains kitchen cleanliness.
• Maintains activity calendar and engages tenants in spiritual, educational, games, music, and physical activities.
• Provides companionship and works with minimal supervision as part of a team.
