Maggie's Place Memory Care in Overland Park, KS is seeking a dedicated Life Services Coordinator - CNA to join our compassionate team.

The role supports resident independence by assisting with personal care, medications reminders, meals, activities, and companionship. Shifts include days, evenings, and nights; full-time or part-time available. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of dementia care experience and a valid Kansas CNA. Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years’ experience working with individuals with dementia, preferably in a memory care setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid CNA in the state in which applying.

Responsibilities

• Provides services to tenants as assigned and as indicated on Resident Service Plans, which may include grooming and dressing guidance, assistance with bathing, and medication reminders/assistance.
• Report any significant tenant changes to the nurse.
• Monitors for changes in tenant needs, preferences, and/or health status, and reports/documents any changes according to established procedures.
• Prepare and serve meals/snacks, monitor food expiration dates and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Complete various housekeeping duties including: dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and common spaces, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, make and change bed linens, and laundry services.
• Maintain activity calendar and engage tenants in activities such as spiritual, educational, games, music, and physical activities.
• Provides companionship.
