Qualifications

• A genuine passion for working with older adults, especially those with memory care needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to pursue Alzheimer’s/dementia education and certification.

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning, organizing, and facilitating engaging daily activities for memory care residents and assisted living.
• Create meaningful opportunities for residents to connect, socialize, and express themselves.
• Support individualized life enrichment programming reflecting residents’ interests and preferences.
• Help develop dementia-friendly activities that promote cognitive stimulation, social interaction, and emotional well‑being.
• Build trusting relationships with residents and families.
• Encourage participation while respecting independence and choices.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a warm, person-centered environment.
• Assist with special events and community programs.
