RM Management is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to join our Memory Care team in Minnesota. The role focuses on planning and implementing engaging activities that support physical, social, and cognitive development for residents, and to supervise home health aides in program participation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Lead group activities and 1:1 engagements.
• At least 1 year in assisted living with dementia care.
• Able to work 20 hours per week, including weekends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs independently or with aides.
• Create programs involving residents and staff.
• Set up and conduct activities meeting physical, cognitive and social needs.
• Collect resident feedback and develop action plans with leadership.
• Incorporate mealtime, grooming, laundry into activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
