Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living, LLC seeks a Life Enrichment Manager to design and deliver personalized Life Skills activities for residents with memory loss. You will tailor programs, lead groups, and coordinate with the care team to ensure meaningful daily engagement and safety.

Responsibilities include reviewing resident information, organizing enrichment clubs, and supervising staff and volunteers to create purposeful moments for seniors in our Highland Park community.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographics to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.
