Job summary

With 1+ year memory-care experience and a high school diploma, you will lead groups, coordinate enrichment clubs, document participation, and support teammates and volunteers to foster dignity and connection.

Qualifications

• Experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs and Resident Profiles to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.
