Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager in Middletown, NJ to create personalized Life Skills experiences for residents with memory loss. You will engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines and organize enrichment clubs, while tailoring activities to individual abilities.

The role requires 1+ year working with memory-impaired seniors, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication and organizational skills; group activities leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.
