Sunrise Senior Living in Jackson, NJ seeks a Life Enrichment Manager (Part Time) to create purposeful moments for residents living with memory loss. You will develop personalized Life Skills experiences and organize activities that foster dignity and connection.

With 1+ year memory care experience and a HS diploma, you will lead groups, tailor programs to resident profiles, document participation, and support staff and volunteers to maximize engagement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.
