Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Naperville, IL is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to enhance residents' quality of life through meaningful memory-care activities. You will develop and lead engaging programs, tailor activities to cognitive abilities, and support residents daily while coordinating with the care team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability
• Experience leading group activities preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities
• Document participation per quality standards
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities
