Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Wisconsin is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to design and deliver personalized Life Skills programs for residents, including those living with memory loss. You will create purposeful activities that foster dignity, familiarity, and meaningful moments each day.

As part of a collaborative team, you will lead group activities, review ISP and Resident Profiles to tailor programming, and guide volunteers to engage residents in a supportive, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability
• Experience leading group activities preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities
• Document participation per quality standards
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities
