You will lead groups, review profiles to tailor programs, document participation to quality standards, and coordinate staff and volunteers to support engagement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.
• Foster purpose, connection, and dignity through resident-centered programming.
