Qualifications

• Minimum 0 years of experience in memory care management or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in healthcare-related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with residents, family members, and colleagues.
• Knowledge of memory care best practices and regulations, with ability to stay current with industry developments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of memory care units, including developing and implementing care plans, conducting assessments, and providing guidance to caregivers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and services for residents, including medication management, behavioral support, and caregiver education.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including survey readiness and accreditation standards.
• Provide training and support to caregivers, including on-the-job training, feedback, and coaching.
• Develop and maintain relationships with family members and guardians, ensuring communication and transparency regarding resident care and services.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and documentation.
