Job summary

ALG Senior is seeking an RN – Special Care Manager to oversee memory care residents at Rich Square Manor and Villa. You will coordinate care plans, perform assessments, and liaise with physicians and families to ensure safe, purposeful living for residents.

The role includes supervising care staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to continuous quality improvement within the special care unit.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• 2-3 years or more of experience with senior adults and cognitive decline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, modify, and communicate all resident assessments and care plans.
• Coordinate resident assessments, care plans, and evaluations per state rules.
• Supervise care staff to ensure compassionate, professional delivery of care.
• Maintain accurate resident records and documentation.
