Arrow Senior Living in Hudson, OH is hiring a Memory Care Homemaker for a full-time, 8:00am–6:00pm schedule. The role supports residents with homelike care, dining, hydration, and social engagement in a memory care setting.

Shift runs Wednesday–Saturday, offering consistent hours and team-based environment. Candidates should be 18+, have a high school diploma, and demonstrate English proficiency, professionalism, stamina, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while assisting residents safely.

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You shall have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• You shall be professional in appearance and conduct.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents.
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Be a Keeper of the Home: create a welcoming, homelike, tidy atmosphere in memory care.
• Be a Mealtime Maven: assist in family-style dining and guide residents during meals.
• Be a Snack Specialist: ensure residents have snacks and hydration three times daily.
• Be a Caring Connector: engage residents in meaningful experiences across the Neighborhood.
