Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Homemaker in North Olmsted, OH. The role runs 10:00am–6:00pm, full-time, with a pay range of $18–$24.50 per hour, focused on creating a warm, homelike environment for residents.

Responsibilities include keeping the home tidy, assisting with dining, guiding residents in meals, snacks, and social activities, and engaging residents to provide meaningful experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• English communication at least 8th grade proficiency.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward Residents.

Responsibilities

• Keeper of the Home: create a warm, tidy, homelike atmosphere in memory care.
• Mealtime Maven: assist in dining, guide residents to participate in family-style meals.
• Snack Specialist: ensure snacks and hydration three times daily.
• Caring Connector: engage residents and provide meaningful experiences within the Neighborhood.
