Arrow Senior Living in Solon, OH is seeking a Memory Care Homemaker for a part-time role. You will help create a warm, homelike environment in memory care, assist with meals and daily routines, and support residents with activities that promote well-being.

The position offers a Tuesday and Saturday schedule from 10:30am to 6:30pm, with a focus on dignity, safety, and compassionate care for residents living with memory loss.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• You must be professional in appearance and conduct.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with residents.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, homelike atmosphere in memory care by keeping apartments and common areas tidy.
• Assist in mealtime by preparing and serving family-style dining and guiding residents to participate.
• Ensure residents are guided to snacks and hydration three times a day.
• Be an extra pair of hands in the Neighborhood to engage residents and provide meaningful experiences.
