Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy to build human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Act as Patient Observer to learn residents' interests and create engagement plans.
• Master the mise en scène by preparing dining rooms, libraries, and residents' rooms for daily activities.
• Partner with residents to support daily life from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
