Vitalia Strongsville, located at 21452 Royalton Road, Strongsville, OH 44149, is seeking a Memory Care Homemaker to create a warm, home-like environment in memory care, focusing on comfort, safety, and resident well-being for every resident.

This full-time role includes guiding daily dining in a family-style setting, assisting residents with meals and hydration, and engaging them through activities as part of the Neighborhood.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional appearance and conduct; English literacy at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Keeper of the Home: create a warm, inviting, tidy, home-like atmosphere in memory care.
• Mealtime Maven: lead family-style dining in the dining room and guide residents through the dining experience.
• Snack Specialist: ensure residents receive snacks and hydration three times daily.
• Caring Connector: provide extra hands in the Neighborhood to engage residents with meaningful experiences.
