Arrow Senior Living in Kent, OH is seeking a Memory Care Homemaker to help create a warm, home‑like environment for residents. The role includes mealtime duties, resident engagement, and daily support in a team setting.

Position is part-time with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and pay range of $17.75 to $18.75 per hour. Schedule is Thursday to Saturday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm, at 5241 Sunnybrook Road, Kent, OH 44240.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Able to read/write/understand English at 8th grade level.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Must be physically active (standing/walking/bending/kneeling).
• Lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with mobility and fall support.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Create a homelike, inviting atmosphere in memory care spaces.
• Assist in mealtime in dining room and guide residents through family-style dining.
• Ensure residents have snacks and hydration three times daily.
• Engage residents and provide meaningful experiences in the Neighborhood.
