Americare Senior Living is seeking an LPN leader to head the Health and Wellness team at Parkside Memory Care in Rolla, MO. You’ll supervise nursing services, ensure high-quality resident care, and guide staff toward regulatory compliance and safety.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, collaboration with other departments, and opportunities to advance into leadership or specialty clinical tracks within a mission‑driven organization.

Qualificações

• Current state nursing license (LPN).
• Proven track record in nursing leadership, preferably in senior living.
• Strong clinical knowledge and leadership to manage admin and hands‑on care.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the clinical supervision and administration of all nursing services.
• Implement and maintain nursing objectives, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide clinical guidance to RN, LPN, CNAs and care team.
• Collaborate with administrators for staff orientation and training.
• Ensure resident assessments, care plans, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage medication systems and support quality assurance.
