Frontier Senior Living is seeking a Health Services Director (RN, LVN, or LPN) to lead the Health Services Department at Pine Ridge Alzheimer’s Special Care community in Spokane Valley, WA. You will collaborate with the Executive Director and Resident Care Coordinator to ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with state and federal regulations.

You will train and supervise Medication Techs and Caregivers, manage the clinical budget, and ensure readiness for audits.

Qualifications

• Active WA nursing license (RN/LVN/LPN)
• Experience in long-term care administration preferred
• CPR certification required or current
• Strong leadership and delegation skills
• Ability to manage budgets and compliance with regulations

Responsabilités

• Oversee Health Services Department in a senior living community
• Provide training and oversight of Medication Techs and Caregivers
• Ensure regulatory compliance and infection control practices
• Maintain clinical budget and staffing, manage on-call coverage
• Complete MAR audits and coordinate with third-party providers
• Monitor quality of care and conduct routine audits across departments
• Ensure documentation and reporting are accurate and timely
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
