Frontier Senior Living seeks a Health Services Director (RN, LVN, or LPN) to lead the Health Services Department at Pine Ridge Alzheimer's Special Care community in Spokane Valley. The role partners with the Executive Director to ensure high‑quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and effective service planning.

You will supervise staff, oversee budgets, coordinate care with third‑party providers, and support training and audits to maintain clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have active Washington State nursing licensure (RN/LVN/LPN) and be in good standing.
• CPR certification required.
• English proficiency preferred.
• Experience in clinical nursing or long‑term care administration preferred but not required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Implements interim service plans with the Resident Care Coordinator and ensures Med Aides/ licensed nurses are in‑serviced.
• Oversees third‑party providers for care coordination and documents activities.
• Conducts routine audits across departments as directed by the Executive Director.
• Ensures compliance with state/federal/industry regulations and infection control practices.
• Maintains service plans, budgets for the health services department, and staff training records.
• On‑call for clinical support and staffing coverage as needed.
