Bridges by EPOCH at Westwood is hiring a Maintenance Director for our Memory Care Assisted Living community in Westwood, MA. This full-time role (9am–5pm) leads day-to-day plant operations, manages inventory, and oversees budgetary guidelines.

A minimum of 2 years in a Maintenance Director role and knowledge of MA assisted living regulations are preferred. Strong leadership and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as Maintenance Director in plant operations.
• Knowledge of building service practices and MA Assisted Living Facilities regulations preferred.
• Ability to plan and carry out repair and equipment installation programs.
• Ability to lead, supervise and mentor staff; strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• The Maintenance Director is a working supervisor that plans, develops, organizes, implements and directs the day-to-day functions of plant operations.
• The Maintenance Director serves on committees as appointed, maintains inventory and adheres to department budgetary guidelines.
