Bridges by EPOCH at Hingham is seeking an Executive Director for our Memory Care Assisted Living community. This full-time role leads operations, staff and strategic initiatives with a focus on exceptional resident care.

We require 5+ years as an Executive Director in Assisted Living and 5+ years in Memory Care, plus a Bachelor’s degree. Strong leadership, sales acumen and customer service are essential in our family‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• We require a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Director in an Assisted Living Community and 5 years of experience working with Memory Care.
• The ideal candidate will be professional, dynamic and innovative with operational strategies.
• Must have strong decision‑making skills, superior leadership abilities and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of our Memory Care Assisted Living.
• Work with department heads, hire and supervise staff.
• Facilitate company policies and procedures for maintaining a safe community for staff and residents.
