Job summary

Westmont of Cypress, part of Westmont Living, Inc., is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee facility operations at our premier Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Cypress, CA. The role requires knowledge of state regulations, safety codes, and multi-trade maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety systems.

You will lead daily maintenance tasks, ensure regulatory compliance, manage vendors, and support resident safety and comfort while maintaining a homelike

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state regulations, health laws and OSHA regulations.
• Basic knowledge of State Health and Safety Codes.
• Must have working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire suppression, fire irrigation and emergency call systems.
• Strong organizational skills including ability to follow-up, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task.
• Able to complete basic maintenance services such as painting, simple plumbing, carpet removal, and equipment repair.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs, carry up to 40 lbs, push/pull up to 50 lbs, constant standing, walking and reaching required
