Job summary

The Oars Senior Living is seeking a Care Manager to provide quality care and engaging experiences for residents with aging-related health issues, Alzheimer’s, and dementia. You will work under the direction of the Assisted Living or Memory Care Director, coordinating daily care per individualized plans.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, maintaining a safe and pleasant environment, and communicating resident changes to the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA certification helpful, but not required.
• Provide care, supervision and services for designated residents during shift.
• Ability to complete designated shift assignments.

Responsibilities

• Develop a respectful relationship with residents and families.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plan.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to supervisors promptly.
• Follow community policies and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
