Qualifications

• Must hold an Oregon ALF/RCF Administrators License.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Memory Care Administrator.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills in resident care and staff management.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the memory care facility in accordance with standards and regulations.
• Oversee the quality and financial outcomes for the facility.
• Lead a team of 30+ employees with direct reports to achieve goals.
• Stay informed of health industry trends and monitor standards and compliance.
