Koelsch Communities is seeking an Executive Director to lead Arbor Hills memory care in Texas. This full-time role oversees operations, finances, staff, and resident relations, ensuring profitability and adherence to company standards.

You will hire and supervise staff, build strong relationships with residents and families, and drive growth while maintaining excellent service. A valid administrator license and leadership experience are required.

Formación

• Minimum two years of leadership experience.
• Must have a valid administrator license in states where required.
• CPR/First-Aid certification as needed per policy and state rules.
• Experience in the senior housing industry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee community staff and day-to-day operations; manage multiple departments with organizational and management success.
• Hire and supervise employees, ensuring adequate staff of quality associates.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
