Job summary

Arbor Terrace Lakeway is seeking a Memory Care Program Manager to lead our Memory Care neighborhood and partner with the Clinical Manager to deliver exceptional resident care. You will coach the Memory Care team and ensure person-centered services for residents living with dementia.

Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors living with dementia or cognitive impairments.
• Strong leadership or supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Memory Care team to provide outstanding, person-centered care.
• Ensure residents receive individualized care and services that meet changing needs.
• Deliver engaging programs that promote meaningful resident experiences.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of care staff.
• Partner with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams for excellent communication.
• Lead care plan meetings and support resident admissions and transitions.
• Ensure Memory Care programming, dining, and environment meet standards.
• Promote resident engagement and meaningful daily experiences.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Help manage staffing and labor expenses while maintaining quality.
• Participate in Manager-on-Duty rotations and after-hours support.
