Job summary

Koelsch Communities is seeking an Executive Director to lead the Arbor Hills memory care community in Plano, TX. You will oversee the operations of a senior living community, driving profitability and ensuring alignment with company standards.

You are a proven leader with multi-department experience, responsible for staffing, resident relations, compliance, and operational excellence in a caregiving environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of related leadership experience.
• Valid administrator license in states where required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, pass a drug screening, and abide by our Drug-Free Workplace policy.
• Ability to gain CPR/First-Aid certification as needed per policy and state rules.
• Experience in the senior housing industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee community staff and day-to-day operations; actively manage multiple departments with organizational and management success.
• Hire and supervise employees, ensuring adequate staff of quality associates.
• Build positive relationships with residents, their families, and staff members.
• Other duties as assigned.
