Koelsch Communities is seeking an Executive Director to lead the Arbor Hills memory care community in Plano, TX. You will oversee the operations of a senior living community, driving profitability and ensuring alignment with company standards.

You are a proven leader with multi-department experience, responsible for staffing, resident relations, compliance, and operational excellence in a caregiving environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of related leadership experience.
• Valid administrator license in states where required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, pass a drug screening, and abide by our Drug-Free Workplace policy.
• Ability to gain CPR/First-Aid certification as needed per policy and state rules.
• Experience in the senior housing industry preferred.

Who you are:

Leadership is at the core of this role. You have actively managed multiple departments in a professional setting with organizational and management success. You will manage a Senior Living Community effectively and profitability in accordance with company standards. You accept responsibility for the community operations - good or bad.

What you'll do:

• Oversee community staff and day-to-day operations; Actively manage multiple departments in a professional setting with organizational and management success


• Hire and supervise employees, ensuring adequate staff of quality associates


• Build positive relationships with residents of the community, their families, and staff members


• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• A minimum of two years of related leadership experience is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience


• Must have a valid administrator license in states where required


• Must have ability to pass a criminal background check, pass a drug screening, and abide by our Drug-Free Workplace policy


• Must have ability to gain CPR/ First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations.


• Experience in the senior housing industry preferred
