The Arbor Company is seeking a Memory Care Program Manager for Arbor Terrace Lakeway to lead a dedicated Memory Care neighborhood. You will oversee daily operations, partner with the Clinical Manager, and deliver exceptional resident care and programming.

Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors living with dementia or cognitive impairments.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Memory Care team to provide outstanding, person-centered care.
• Ensure residents receive personalized care and services that meet changing needs.
• Deliver engaging programming that promotes meaningful resident experiences.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of care staff.
• Partner with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams for excellent communication.
• Lead care plan meetings and support resident admissions and transitions.
• Maintain Arbor Memory Care programming, dining, and environment to company standards.
• Promote resident engagement and meaningful daily experiences.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Help manage staffing and labor expenses while preserving quality of care.
• Participate in Manager-on-Duty rotations and after-hours support.
