Tuscan Gardens of Venetia Bay is seeking a full-time Life Enrichment Coordinator for Memory Care. You will design and lead engaging activities that fit residents' cognitive and physical needs, promoting socialization and well-being in a warm, memory care environment.

Collaborate with care staff, document participation, and adjust plans to enrich residents' daily lives while maintaining safety and compassion for families and staff in a Florida senior living community.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recreational Therapy or related field in senior/memory care.
• Understanding of cognitive impairments and engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging activities tailored to residents' cognitive and physical abilities
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment promoting socialization and well-being
