Job summary

The Crossings is seeking a part-time Lifestyle Leader for our Memory Care Neighborhood to lead daily activities and coordinate meaningful experiences for residents. You will assess resident needs, promote events, and help create a vibrant daily schedule with a focus on enrichment and well-being.

Experience with seniors is preferred, with an emphasis on high-quality customer service and teamwork. Flexible hours include mornings, with pay and benefits supporting a rewarding, community-focused role.

Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to plan and implement a calendar of events and programs.
