Job summary

Methodist Retirement Communities is seeking a part-time Lifestyle Leader for The Crossings in League City, TX. You will coordinate and provide meaningful experiences to residents in the memory care neighborhood, lead daily activities, and assess needs by reviewing programs and outcomes.

You'll promote daily events, help create a healthy and happy lifestyle for each resident, and support enrichment events for the community.

Qualifications

• Experience working in senior living and/or with seniors preferred.
• Ability to plan and implement a calendar of events and programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide meaningful experiences to residents in the memory care neighborhood.
• Lead daily scheduled activities and assess resident needs by reviewing programs and outcomes.
• Promote daily events and lifestyle offerings for the day.
• Assist in creating a healthy and happy lifestyle for each resident.
• Administer, direct and coordinate enrichment events for the community.
