Job summary

The Crossings in League City, TX, part of Methodist Retirement Communities, is seeking a Part-time Lifestyle Leader for its Memory Care Neighborhood. You will coordinate and lead meaningful resident activities and review program outcomes.

Preferred hours are 10am-4pm on Monday, Thursday and Friday, with opportunities to participate in quarterly bonus programs, volunteer time, and other employee benefits. A creative team environment supports creating a healthy, happy lifestyle for each resident.

Qualifications

• Experience working in senior living and/or with seniors preferred.
• Ability to plan and implement a calendar of events and programs.
• High level of customer service.
• Ability to work on a creative team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide meaningful experiences to the community’s residents.
• Lead daily scheduled activities and assess and determine the needs of the residents by reviewing various program implementations and outcomes.
• Promotes daily events and lifestyle offerings for the day.
• Assists in creating a healthy and happy lifestyle for each resident.
