Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking an Activity Coordinator for Memory Care to create a vibrant social calendar in the Traditions area of our Los Gatos community. You’ll lead engaging programs, excursions, and events for residents and work with families and staff to ensure quality experiences.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and a passion for elder care. You’ll join a team dedicated to safety, compassion, and teamwork within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer one year coordinating activities with seniors.
• Requires current Class C license, preferred Class B for resident transport.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint).
• Will comply with health and safety vaccination and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist Memory Care Director in creating a rewarding social atmosphere in Traditions area.
• Promote resident participation through scheduled activities, events, and classes.
• Communicate tactfully with residents, families, visitors, and staff.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Able to drive community vehicles.
• Encourage teamwork with other departments.
